Tearing down the Opera House

 The Koenigin declares the renovation of the residence downtown and authorizes the demolition of the opera house. If the people of Bayern would like a new opera house, please have an official vote outside of applause.  An official vote will be acknowledge as to your desire to have a new opera house located outside the boundaries of the city somewhere north of Schwabing.

The other palaces of Bayern which were used as prisons or by scientists are classified as historical and preserved for the history of Bayern.  

The residence located near Odeonsplatz is the personal residence of the Sovereign Empress of Bayern.  The official residence is to be determined at a later date.
