Hello Neighbours in the Monarchy of the Sovereign Empress and all persons entering or stepping on Monarchy property.

This is formal notice to you and the public that you are on my real property within the monarchy of the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain.  I have legal ownership of all real and personal properties inherited as a child and as an adult from the monarchy and I have given no authority for the sale or transfer or any real or personal properties inherited.

This formal notice serves to inform any interested parties that certain properties which had tenants are now considered and deemed abandoned and is in possession of the Sovereign Empress with her maintenance staff having the authority to maintain the outside of the property and evict anyone not legally within the property using the legal system of the Government where the real property is located.  All heat and electricity shall remain on in the properties and they shall remain empty until rented.   The cost of electricity, gas and other utilities shall be credited from the amounts at the Jurisdictional treasury.  The cost of maintenance shall be from the funds at the jurisdictional treasury.  The monarchy legal costs associated with the repossession of real property will be paid by the jurisdictional treasury.

If you entered a property before December 8, 2025 and consider yourself a renter, you may have a right to rent the property depending on the jurisdiction where you live but you have no rights to rent from December 8, 2025 unless agreed to with the Monarchy.  All persons without legal deed to a residence must apply as a renter of the property in which they reside. Your application may be sent to the address listed below. An application is on the website to download and submit by mail to the address below.

All rents are at the rate of the neighourhood in question and the renter is required to maintain the property at the level of the neighbourhood. I apologise that you must go through this process but the Trustees failed in their duties and this is now being litigated regarding mistransfers of real property, uncollected rents up to 2025 and other misuse of real property issues.

If a house is without occupant activity and the mailbox is closed, there is no assumption that it is vacant and the Sovereign Empress’s security team will begin the process of finding the tenant of land and possible owner of a house built on the Sovereign Empress’s land.

As of the date of this notice, any government agency must respond to this notice regarding  property they have been using and are on notice they must pay rents on the property from the date they entered.  A formal lease agreement must be in place for 2026 at local rates.

The Monarchy of the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England  & Spain own all lands inherited from Queen Elizabeth II and from her parents and grandparents as sole heir of all three. Her rights as inheritor since 1976 and 2016 and will remain effective.   Her rights to all lands was affirmed at the end of the Monarchy wars in 2019 & 2025.

If you built property or were sold property without knowledge, we have a legal action together against the perpetrator of the illegal sale of real property.   Please be on notice that the costs of this litigation will be covered by the Sovereign Monarchy Treasury Funds held in the USA.
